Occu-Med Health Services has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Secretary. This is a permanent, full-time position with room for growth, suitable for an entry-level person or someone returning to work.
What are we looking for?
First & foremost - we're looking for someone that fits with our organization and our team. We want people who have a "can do" attitude. Secondly, we need someone with great attention to detail and strong computer skills, as this job requires a fair bit of data management.
The requirements:
The successful applicant will have:
- Above average attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel, and knowledge of one or more database program(s).
- Good ability to communicate in English, since communicating with clients is a key requirement (ability to speak French is not required, but would be a great bonus!)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Outstanding willingness to serve others.
